Ready meals

The most local you will find in ready meals is ‘Produced in South Africa’, ie it’s made here but not necessarily only from local ingredients. Fry’s Vegetarian Foods are all locally produced. So are the Dr Oetker meals. In own brands, the Woolworths fresh ready meals are produced in South Africa, for example by Rhodes Food Group.
